About Me
My name is Travis Metcalf and I’m originally from a small town in southern
California. Today, however, I live in Atlanta, Ga. I have lived in Atlanta for the past seven years. I moved to Atlanta as my career grew within the EarthLink organization. Until a recent organizational restructuring, I held the position of product manager. I was a product manager on the portals and platforms team that is responsible for managing EarthLink’s web portals.
Most recently, I was managing EarthLink’s social bookmarking and Really Simple Syndication (RSS) Reader applications. Along with the Co-branding platform for their Web portal which consisted of over 150 separately branded portals that accounted for 50% of EarthLink’s portal users.
I’m proud of my accomplishments at EarthLink and I’m ready to take the knowledge I gained in my eight years there to a new and exciting company, as a product manager.
